Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without automation tools.
Who else receives the data
- the Tilda website builder service on which the website runs and in which requests are stored (processing on behalf of the operator);
- operator staff to whom the request is forwarded for a reply, including via messengers.
Cross-border transfer
I agree to the transfer of my data to the operator and its staff in the People’s Republic of China.
Term of consent
90 days from the date the request is submitted; if a contract is concluded on the request — for the period necessary to perform it and established by law; or until the consent is withdrawn.
Withdrawal of consent
By e-mail to 17704539310@163.com with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”. After withdrawal the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless there is another legal basis for processing.
