What data we receive

Requests from website forms. The “Request a quote” and “Send a request” forms on the website pages (in Russian, English and Chinese):

  • name (required);
  • phone number (required);
  • model and number of cars, or delivery city and model;
  • comment or task description;
  • company or sole trader;
  • delivery region;
  • purchase type (one-time purchase or regular supplies);
  • technical details of the request: date and time, page address, consent mark and consent edition number.

A request can only be sent after you tick the consent to personal data processing (a separate document: Consent). The customs calculator on the website does not collect or send any personal data.

Website visit data (cookies and analytics).

  • Yandex Metrica: browser identifier (cookie), IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, traffic sources, clicks, goal completions (for example, form submission, messenger click, phone number click).
  • Webvisor (part of Metrica): records actions on pages — scrolling, clicks, cursor movement. Recording of form field contents in Webvisor is disabled, and form fields are masked.
  • Tilda statistics: page view data.

Metrica loads when the website opens. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Messenger and e-mail correspondence. If you write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat, we receive your phone number or profile name and the content of the correspondence. These services belong to third parties and process data under their own rules.

03

Why we process data

  • To answer your request, calculate the supply cost and prepare an offer — request and correspondence data; basis: your consent (Consent).
  • To conclude and perform a supply contract, arrange logistics and customs clearance — request, correspondence and contract data; basis: the contract with you (clause 5, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law 152-FZ).
  • To analyse website traffic and improve the website — website visit data; the basis is being clarified (pending a decision on the cookie banner).

We do not send newsletters or advertising to your contacts. If needed, we will ask for separate consent.

04

What we do with data

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without automation tools.

05

Where data is stored and who receives it

  • Requests are recorded and stored in the Tilda website builder service on which the website runs (the “Leads” section of the website account).
  • Operator staff to whom a request is forwarded for a reply, including via messengers.
  • Yandex (Yandex Metrica service) — visit statistics.
  • Cross-border transfer: the operator is located in the People’s Republic of China; request data is transferred to the PRC.
  • Contract performance partners (carriers, customs representatives) — only to the extent needed to deliver your order.
  • Government authorities — in cases provided for by law.

We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

06

How long we keep data

  • Requests that did not lead to a contract: 90 days from submission — after that the request is automatically deleted from the Tilda account. Copies forwarded to staff for a reply are deleted within the same period.
  • Data under concluded contracts: the term of the contract and the document retention periods established by law.
  • Yandex Metrica data: under the terms of the Yandex Metrica service.
  • After consent is withdrawn: we stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days unless there is another legal basis.
07

Your rights

You can:

  • receive information about the processing of your data;
  • request that your data be clarified, blocked or destroyed;
  • withdraw your consent;
  • appeal our actions to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or in court.

How to contact us: write to 17704539310@163.com with the subject “Personal data”. State how to contact you and the phone number given in the request. We will reply within 10 business days (part 1, article 20 of Federal Law 152-FZ); this period may be extended by no more than 5 business days, in which case we will tell you why.

08

Data protection

Form data is transmitted over the secure HTTPS protocol. Access to the Tilda account where requests are stored is password-protected.
